To test if your bath is Porcelain or Enamel you can do the magnet test. Take a magnet and place it on the surface of your bath. If the magnet is attracted to the surface then your bathtub is most likely an enameled metal. If not, then the bath is either Porcelain, Fiberglass or Acrylic.
