SlipDoctors UK: Product Warranty

Coverage Period
All properly installed SlipDoctors products are warranted to increase the coefficient of friction of the treated surface for a period of one (1) or two (2) years, depending on the specific product applied. The applicable coverage period is outlined in the product’s technical documentation or packaging.

Conditions of Warranty
This warranty is valid only when the following conditions have been met:

• The product was applied in accordance with SlipDoctors’ written instructions and guidelines, including appropriate surface preparation and cleaning procedures.
• The surface was free from contaminants, coatings, or residues at the time of application.
• The product was not altered, diluted, or combined with any substances not explicitly approved by SlipDoctors.
• The treated area has been maintained and cleaned using compatible methods and products, as outlined in SlipDoctors’ care and maintenance recommendations.

Warranty Claims
If the treated surface loses its enhanced slip resistance (coefficient of friction) during the applicable warranty period, and all conditions have been met, SlipDoctors will, at its sole discretion:

• Provide a replacement of the original product purchased, or
• Offer an alternative solution deemed appropriate based on the circumstances and product performance.

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide the following:

• Proof of purchase
• Photos of the affected area
• A written description of the application method
• A list of cleaning products used on the treated surface

All claims are subject to internal review and validation.

Limitations of Liability
This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product only. It does not cover labor, installation, removal, transportation, loss of use, or any incidental or consequential damages.
SlipDoctors is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the product.

User Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the product for the intended application prior to use. By applying the product, the user assumes all risk and liability associated with its use and performance.

No statement, recommendation, or assurance not expressly included in this written warranty shall be binding upon SlipDoctors unless agreed to in a written document signed by both parties.

The user also assumes full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of the product in accordance with local regulations.

Purchases via Unauthorised Sellers: Warranty & Liability
