1. General Information


Tile Grip non-slip paint is a long-lasting tile coating formulated for high bonding and to dramatically increase the traction in a variety of indoor and outdoor tile areas, including bathrooms, wet rooms, and kitchens, as well as on patios, balconies and around swimming pool and hot tub areas.


SlipDoctors non-slip tile paint is easy to mix and rolls on easily. It can be used on many different surface types, including ceramic, porcelain, granite, sandstone, and slate to name just a few.


Tile Grip is a barefoot-friendly anti-slip tile paint which makes it perfect for use in bathroom and wet room areas and can also be used to increase traction in tile or fibreglass showers. The anti-slip tile paint has been developed with two main features in mind, create confidence through slip resistance when surface is dry or wet and finally extreme durability.

2. Application


Important - Once mixed the paint will only be usable for 12 hours. If working with sections please only mix what you need. Never skip the test phase of the product. It is important to ensure that the final finish and look is what you want before applying to the entire area.

Test Phase: test on a small inconspicuous area before full application. MIXING: Mix a small amount (5% of each part) of the main tin, part B and the additive in a separate bowl or tray and then stir thoroughly before using. Stir occasionally during use. 

Application: If working with sections please only mix what you need. If doing a full application mix Part B & the Additive in the main tin and shake and/or stir well (use within 12hrs). Stir occasionally during use. Apply with a high quality paint roller in 2 coats. Using a roller, apply thin uniform coats applying with even pressure. For best performance, avoid thick coats. Second coat should be applied at a right angle to the first coat within 2 to 4 hours.
